101 Brewhouse + Distillery

 The 101 is all about quality products and the belief that they can be fashioned in your own backyard. Originally an automotive mechanic’s, The 101 workshop of today honours its blue collar roots, with an entirely new form of craftsmanship. The first establishment in the area to merge craft beer, small batch spirits and locally inspired dishes. Persephone Brewing Company

Producing the finest quality craft beer,  their “farmhouse” approach integrates onsite farming in support of local food security, regenerative agriculture and amazing beer (i.e. “farm to table AND farm to barrel”). Amazing place and people!

Molly's Reach Restaurant

One of the chief locations in the CBC’s longest running Canadian drama “The Beachcombers.” Molly’s Reach is an iconic stop for visitors and locals alike. Head down and taste a little fame with a trip to Molly’s Reach Restaurant!

Located in the heart of Gibsons Landing, GPAG is the Coast’s liveliest public art gallery, showing both juried exhibitions and invitationals, with a new opening each month!

Nicholas Sonntag Marine Education Centre

Gibsons Marine Education Centre Society was formed to advance education and to protect the environment for the benefit of the public by undertaking projects that sustain the marine ecosystem of Howe Sound, British Columbia and beyond. Fast forward and The Nicholas Sonntag Marine Education was established and is located inside the Gibsons Public Market. Great for kids!

 

 

Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives

The Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives is an innovative and community-driven 
heritage destination located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. 

 

 

Soames Hill

Soames Hill is a steep hike that is located in Gibsons near Shirley Macey Park and has incredible views that look across towards Keats Island and out towards the Strait of Georgia. The hike follows a steep set of stairs, offering a good workout that is rewarded with several beautiful views.

 

Inglis Trail

 This forested trail connects upper and lower Gibsons and is located behind the hotel. The tree canopy varies from open and airy deciduous trees to that of a classic west coast rainforest—Douglas fir and cedar. These well-maintained trails are great for walking, running and biking.
